Redmi brought good news for European fans. The much-awaited Redmi Note 11 series is going to be launched in the global market on January 26. That announcement was made today on behalf of the company. The models in this new Redmi Note series are expected to be different from the Redmi Note 11 lineup that was launched in China last year. It is rumored that the global variant of the Redmi Note 11 series will use Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, while the Chinese version of the series has a MediaTek processor. However, it goes without saying that these smartphones will enter the market as an upgraded version of the Redmi Note 10 series.

 

The Redmi Note 11 series is coming to the global market in January

Redmi has announced the launch date of the Redmi Note 11 series by posting from their official Twitter handle. According to the Chinese company, the launch event will be held on January 26 at 5:30 pm. The entire event will be streamed live on the company's social media channels, including Facebook and YouTube. Redmi has unveiled a teaser for the launch, using the "Rise to the challenge" tagline.

Please be informed that Redmi Note 11 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro, Redmi Note 11 Pro + smartphones entered the Chinese market in October last year. The 4G variant of the base model of the Note 11 series was also launched in China in November.

Incidentally, Redmi Note 11 5G is launched in India under the name Redmi Note 11T 5G. On the other hand, Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro + phones have also recently debuted in the country as Xiaomi 11i and Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge 5G respectively. All models in China's Redmi Note 11 lineup come with MediaTek processors. However, a report released in November stated that the models of the Redmi Note 11 series will be launched in the world market with Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset and new design.

Incidentally, the Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro + global models have been found in internal testing in Europe. Similarly, the global variant of the Redmi Note 11 4G has been spotted on the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA) and the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) site in Russia. The same model is listed on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and the National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission (NBTC) site in Thailand. Again in December last year, the global variant of Redmi Note 11 Pro + phone with 20191116UG model number was found in the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) database.

In addition to the global launch of the Redmi Note 11 series, the company is currently preparing for the launch of the Redmi Note 11S smartphone in India. The teaser of the phone came out last week and it is known that this phone may have a 108-megapixel primary camera and a punch-hole display.
